| A measurement data input form for use by Measurers in submitting data to the IJCA Office to request a Measurement Certificate has been posted to the measurement area of the web site. Measurers can use this format to submit requests by email as an alternative to the paper form. Please read the instructions on the first tab and complete both sheets - the Owner Information as well as the Measurement Data. |
