Rule Subject: Main sheet control system
Description: Remove the word "wire" so as to prohibit strops of any material.
Current Rule: 7.1.11 A wire strop or the use of wire in the mainsheet control system.
Proposed Rule: 7.1.11 A strop or the use of wire in the mainsheet control system. (Note this is a prohibition)
