Rule Subject: Cunningham controls

Description: Add sentence to allow cunningham controls to be used in lieu of fixed attachment for the tack of the main, genoa and jib.

Current Rule: 3.5.4 g) Cunningham controls of synthetic rope using a maximum of 6:1 power ratio which may includea single wire strop for attachment to the mainsail or headsail.

Proposed Rule: 3.5.4 g) Cunningham controls of synthetic rope using a maximum of 6:1 power ratio which may includea single wire strop for attachment to the mainsail or headsail. A cunningham control may be used instead of a fixed attachment for the tack of a sail.

Reasons:
a) To make acceptable under the rules what has been common practice for a number of years.
