Hi Everyone,
I just ran across a cool, little, free tool for discussing rules, tactics, etc. in your club or with your team using drawings and animations. The boat sail automatically moves based on the position of the boat. The tool is called Boat Scenario and you can find it here... http://boats.berlios.de You simply double-click the file once unzipped (no install). There isn't any help file or any of those other fancy tools, but hey, it's free.
