The J/24 Measurement Manual has been posted on the web site for anyone to access. It can be downloaded from Organisation > Measurment where it is listed along with other Measurement related documents.

Please be aware of the Notice in the front part of the manual:

"The intention of this manual is to assist class certified measurers and is to be used in conjunction with the current class rules.
These procedures are subject to future revisions that may affect rule interpretation."
