J/24 trailer wanted for boat storage, short hauls, single axle fine

Where are you located? I have an 78 or 79 single axle Traid trailer that needs tires, wheels and brakes and could use a coat of paint. I do not have a title for it so if you live in a state that requires a title you may not be able to get it registered. I am asking $300 for it as is where is. Trailer is located in Jamestown, RI.
