| Hello, New to the forum and new to J/24 class. ....Here Is The Problem....I recently acquired a 1984 J/24 that lost her mast , boom ,sails and cushions in a forest fire. Boat was stored on a 2 axle trailer miles away so survived. Nice solid hull and trailer both look great. Winches ,windward sheeting ,and all deck equipment appears to be there.Boat has been stored in a Colorado barn for many years and all bulkheads and deck s are solid.I would be interested in buying stuff or selling the whole package as is .Offers, Ideas and feedback would be greatly appreciated, Thanks Buz Branch 970 759 1147 |

Buz,
I have a mast and boom I'm selling. I would sell them for 1200 and i probably can throw in an old set of sails to get you going. Problem is they are in RI. You would need to find some way to get them out to you. Let me know if you are interested.

| Hi everyone , I have lots of pics and have since gone over the boat very closely. She is in fine shape ,no issues with bottom, hull or decks ,Boat has beeen fresh water boat and stored in barn for many years. I only found a 6" spot of crazing on the sea hood. rest is clean and solid, stantions look to be backed and redone, bulheads solid no leaks at chainplates or any where else, lockers all clean and no signs of water intrusion anywhere. bow and stern pulpits are solid and no cracks in gelcoat at their bases. email sailorbuz@hotmail.com.
