Hello,
can someone tell me what the resion is of the double cam cleat on the mast for the main en genua hallyard?

I don't believe Harken rigs the J24 that way anymore (or have it listed on th J/24 deck layout)

Mathieu,
if you are asking why the mast has double cam cleats for the genoa halyard its because high tech halyards "slip" in single cam cleats. This leads to a slack halyard which makes the sail luff fuller. In heavy breeze, getting halyard tension back on while under way can be a real bear.

It also allows you to loosen the halyard a small amount while under load.
