I am working on a 1980 J/24 with a leak at the through hull fitting for the knot meter. The boat was donated to a Campfire USA camp and I have been caring for it. It's a CR instrument unit and I am wondering how to remove the through hull fitting to re-seal it. Does it need a spanner or special wrench?
