PROPOSAL: Remove the individual weights, and modify the list to conform to New Rule 3.7.3. CURRENT POSITION: REASON: 1) Maintain consistency in the Rules. 2) To simplify measurement. 3) To simplify the Rules COMMENTS: Recommended by the Technical Committee

Is there a need for maximum weights to be included - ie battery and anchor chain. It seems to me that they are in the rules for a good reason and should be retained.

Alister, I think there is a max weight for battery at 25kg ,. On the anchor I'm not sure but have stuck to 6KG for ease of handling on the boat.

My response is on behalf of 12 of the 23 polled Lake George - Fleet 24 members. The majority response is . . . to not change the rule. Discussion: Didn't see the need to change.
