PROPOSAL: To amend the current Rule as follows: A minimum of one bilge pump and a bucket of minimum capacity 10 litres. CURRENT POSITION: See above. REASON: 1) A 10 litre bucket is ample for safety. 2) To simplify the rules. COMMENTS: Recommended by the Technical Committee

My response is on behalf of 12 of the 23 polled Lake George - Fleet 24 members. The majority response is . . . to accept the rule proposal. Discussion: Agree with the Technical Committee.
