PROPOSAL:
Add to the following note to the “Keel bottom shape” diagram:
Maximum 90 degrees at 260mm from trailing edge
On the bottom flat, add Maximum 10-15mm
Down the leading edge of the keel insert Maximum 1285mm
CURRENT POSITION:
These specifications are not on PLAN C
REASON:
1) To define the maximum allowable “V” shape.

Totally agree with this so long as the proposal allows for the majority of the fleet to fit the interpretation without any further fairing (especially our boat!)

As we have rebuilt and completed many keel jobs. I totally support and agree with the Maximum leading Edge Measurement of 1285mm. A extremely good move.

My response is on behalf of 12 of the 23 polled Lake George - Fleet 24 members. The majority response is . . . agree with the Technical Committee.
