Does anyone have a set of offsets for a J24 so I can build a scale model. I am very interested in obtaining offsets for the keel Regards Peter Stevens

Offsets for the keel are in the J/24 class rules.. Available here, on this website.

There are no offsets or line drawings on this website. There is no offsets in the class rules, there are just measurements. offsets or line drawings are profiles of the hull at stations.

Plan C in the Class Rules contains the offsets for the keel - available on this website. You are also looking for offsets for the hull - none published that I know of.

I was out bid when the 1/8 scale molds were on e-bay. Now a company called Barnstomer Boats is making a 36" kit. I have not purchased one yet, so I do no know how well they are made. The kit is $100, add $20 for a color, or $349 race ready, why would you try to scratch build a boat? I'm modeling a hull and documenting the line drawings/table of offsets myself. The barnstormer model looks like a nice hull, although the keel footprint on the hull looks like a bit to chubby, and the rudder is definitely not class legal However it would likely to fit the "hang on the wall" model requirements. I might sprint the 100 bucks for one...

btw... the keel offsets are in the class rules (2007 february edition), the hull I'm modeling from the plan and elevation views...
