These Actions are to be carried out by the following dates:
10 September – Delegates to confirm their attendance and travel plans to Executive Director
6 October – All NJCA National Annual Reports are be received by the Executive Director
All proposals for the Agenda, complete with supporting papers to be received by the Executive Director
Final Date for Class Rule Change proposals to be received by ITC Chairman
15 October – Any Substantive Motions to be received by Executive Director
Any Nominations for the Executive Committee to be received by the Chairman
22 October – Executive Director to circulate all appropriate papers and draft Agenda to NJCAs and delegates
29 October – Chairman to finalise Agenda and circulate to all partie
12 November – Final date for proxies to be received by Executive Director (see IJCA Constitution 8.7)
